What is terradance® education?
It is an interdisciplinary arts curriculum that explores relationships between movement of people and the Earth.

Why is terradance® important in education?
In a rapidly changing world, this curriculum provides a cross-cultural or comparative framework to develop tools for strategically interacting with varied ideas and information.

How does terradance® happen?
Interactive lessons encourage students to learn about themselves, their communities, people in diverse contexts, and the Earth environment through the lens of movement. terradance® also highlights the important role that dance fulfills in promoting connection to the natural world. Lesson activities incorporate related art forms (drawing, poetry, music, etc.) as well as integrate various fields of study (physics, geology, anthropology, language, anatomy, etc.).

Who can participate in terradance®?
The preK-20 curriculum is highly adaptable to a range of instructional settings and skill levels. It is suitable for use in public and private school classrooms as well as home school study.
